Desk Phone at Home

Our VoIP customers will already know about the mobile app that can be used with our system. But those of you who are not a customer have no need to worry. You can still access this service.

To get this setup, simply contact our team. We will consider your current infrastructure in order to implement an effective solution. We will get you set up on our VoIP system and provide you with an alternative, temporary number. We can implement IVRs if necessary, along with ‘ring-all’ options, and more.

All you need to do is install and configure the app on your devices (our support team will be happy to assist you with this). Then, simply contact your current provider and ask them to divert your calls.

This will mean that your customers can continue to call your standard business phone number, while you answer their calls on your mobile. You will also be able to dial out using the office number. All of this, and our basic packages start from just £10!

Temporary Mobile Contracts

Our suppliers are offering a range of services due to the current circumstances. We also have the benefit of working with a range of networks. This allows us to consider the network coverage in multiple areas in order to provide your staff with the reliability they need.

Some networks are offering 3 month contracts on their standard tariffs. Others are providing 1 month tariffs at reduced rates but only for a limited time. For example, Vodafone are offering a great deal on temporary unlimited data tariffs for some of their current customers. Other networks are continuing to offer their 1 month tariffs too. There are a multitude of options available to you. If you simply need your staff to be able to communicate with each other, providing them with cheap handsets and temporary contracts could be the way forward.
