Quick Guide to Mobile Conference Calling
Working at home doesn’t mean you have to lose all of the functionality that comes with working in an office. If talking to your team is a significant and important part of your day, you may choose to make use of conference calling via your mobile network…
EE
You can access the information for the EE group call feature here. You do not need to do anything prior to using this. Please take note of the relevant charges associated with this service. If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
Vodafone
Our Vodafone customers need to contact us in order to use this feature. Once it is enabled, you can find further instructions on how to use it on the Vodafone website. Please note that you will be charged for conference calling via your minutes. You can read more about this using the above link.
O2
For our O2 customers, again you will need to contact us before you can use this service. Once we have activated conference calling, you will be able to add multiple participants into an existing call. You can use ‘Add call’ in order to do this. Please contact us for more information around charges and other conditions.
If you need any further help or assistance in setting this up, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for your bolt-on to be activated so please bear this in mind when planning to use the service and contacting us.
Need this setting up? Give us a call now or contact us via our form or email.
