• Galaxy Unpacked – January 2021

The latest Galaxy Unpacked event brought some brilliant new devices and accessories. Here we go through a couple of the newest offerings from Samsung…

      Galaxy Buds Pro

The new Galaxy Buds have been designed to provide the best audio experience yet. The 2 way dynamic speakers give you both bass and higher tones in one seamless delivery.

The Buds also have multiple microphones which allow for quality calls. The microphones work to filter out background noises, such as wind, to ensure that both participants have a great experience.

The microphones work with Active Noise Cancelling too, so in areas with high levels of noise, the buds will actively filter out sound. They also have the ability to recognise your voice. If you start a conversation with someone, the buds will quieten to allow you to be immersed in the real world when you need to be.

The Galaxy Buds Pro also come with IPX7 water and sweat resistance, and the battery allows you up to 5 hours playback, with up to a further 13 hours when using the charging case. With the right devices, the Galaxy Buds Pro can perform auto switching too, so that you can seamlessly take a call on your phone that arrives while you’re watching a video on your tablet.

      Galaxy S21 Series

The new Galaxy S21 Series includes a range of options, including Galaxy S21 | S21+ | S21 Ultra 5G and Enterprise Edition models. They are the ultimate work-from-anywhere devices and come with an enhanced camera, great batteries, Samsung Knox security and 5G capabilities.

Samsung’s partnerships with Microsoft and Cisco1 mean that these devices enable productivity and connectivity when working. Plus, they come with the ability to harness the power of 5G2.

This new Galaxy range makes flexible working even easier. Samsung Wireless DeX allows users to present onto a big screen, without the need for wires. The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is also the first in the Galaxy S Series to work with the S Pen3; you can scribble down notes on the go, or use it to get documents signed.

The new and improved camera means that businesses have the ability to create professionals looking videos. You’re able to film in 8K, and with an abundance of camera features to make use of different lenses and lighting, you’ll be spoilt for choice of what to create.

      Galaxy S42 5G

Last year, Samsung also released the Galaxy S42 5G which is the 5G Galaxy for business. It’s an affordable option that comes with an abundance of features to help with the working day. The 6.6″ display, range of cameras and 5G connectivity provide tools to help your employees get the job done.

The quad-camera comes equipped with a 48MP main camera, and filming can be done in 4K. So you can take pictures of the job at hand, or film a demo video. The 20MP front-facing camera is also perfect for video calls.
The device also comes equipped with an Infinity-U HD+ super AMOLED Display; perfect for videos.

Samsung Knox is a multi-layered, defence-grade security platform which works to keep your data safe. Plus, the device comes with biometric authentication for an added layer of security.

To make the day run smoother, the Galaxy A42 5G can also connect to a range of other Samsung devices.
